COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BTD AN'D AUTHORISING CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE
DEED
~HEREA`5, heretofore, on the 14th day of February, 19b7,
the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State:of
Califorrria, duly adopted and passed Resolution No. b7-24, entitled
'''Resolution and Notice Declaring Intention To Sell Real Property
{Government Code Section 2552b et seq.); and
WHEREAS, on Tuesday, March 14, 19b7, pursuant to Notice
duly and properly given, bids were opened for the purchase of
property herein described; and
WHEREAS, E . T . PATTERSON and M . EI~I~ABETH PATTERSON ,
submitted the highest bid of $4,320.00; and
~!-iEREAS, the terms and conditions of said sale are as
follows:
$1,320.00 dawn payment, balance to be paid in three
annual equal installments, with interest at the rate
of ~61o per annum on the unpaid balance, said unpaid
balance shall be evidence~by a note secured by a
deed of trust.
Nom', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that the bid of
E.T, PATTERSON and M. ELISABETH PATTERSON be accepted, and that
the Chairman of said Board be, and he is hereby authorized to
execute the Deed from the County of Butte to E.T. PATTERSON and
M. ELISABETH PATTERSON, for the following described property:
Lot 28 and westerly 6' of Lot 29 of the
