COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN TO
EXECUTE DEED
?,WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 21st day of February, 1957, the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
duly adopted and passed Resolution No. 67-27, entitled "Resolution
and Notice Declaring Intention To Sell Real Property (Government
Code Section 25526 et sego); and
1~HEREAS, on Tuesday, the 14th day of Mareh, 1967, pursuant to
Notice duly and properly given, bids were opened for the purchase
of property herein described; and
T+I?-iEREAS, SYDNEY ROSS submitted the highest bid
of $ 750.OO and
~iEREAS, all of the conditions contained in said Notice of
Intention To Se11 have been performed,
NOL3, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of theCounty of Butte, State of California, that the bid of
SIDNEY RD SS be accepted, and that the Chairman of said
Board be, and he is hereby authorized to execute the Deed from
', the County of Butte to SIDNEY ROSS , for the following
described property:
The westerly 29' of Lot 98, Lee Higgins Tract,
Oroville, California (1875 Fto Bayne Street),
A.P. ~k35-145-31, Ft. Wayne and Lincoln Street,
Oroville, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 14th day of March,
1967, by the following .vote:
