RESOLUTION N0. 67-37
RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES IN WORK
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Improvement Act
of 1913 (Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California) this Board did on May' 24, 1966, approve
that certain Report of Walter Gri mes entitled as follows:

Proposed Butte Creek Estates
Assessment District
Municipal Improvement Act of 1913
and
WHEREAS, said Report contained plans and specifications
for proposed improvements in said Butte Creek Estates Assessment
District, and
WHEREAS, on dine 15, 1966, the County of Butte entered
into a contract with Butte Creek Rock Co. to construct said
improvements, and
WHEREAS, Walter Grimes has advised this Board that
certain changes should be made in said plans and specifications.
NOVV THEREFORE, RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA:
1. That this Board finds that each of the recitals of
this Resolution is true.

2. That said plans and specifications be amended to
include the changes hereinafter described.
3. That this Board hereby authorizes the payment to
Butte Creek Rock Co. for doing the work included in said changes
the sums set forth opposite the description of said changes in
paragraph 4 of this resolution.
4. 'T'hat said changes and the amounts to be paid the
contractor for the work described in said changes are as follows:
