RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY h?AP, A?ANGROVE
AVENUE ASSESSi+?ENT DISTRICT, COUNTY OF' BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the County Clerk of the
County of Butte, State of California, a map showing the boundaries
of the 1`?angrove Avenue Assessment District, County of Butte, State
of California,
NOl1~, TIIEREFOREi, IMF. I'1' RESULVEi~ by the uoara or ~upervzsors or
the County of Butte, California, that that certain map entitled
"Proposed Boundaries, ~langxove ;1ver:~_ie Assessment District, County
of Butte, State of California," be, and the same is hereby approved;
and
BE IT FURTi-IER RESOLVED that a certified cony of said boundary
map herein approved shall be filed with the County Recorder of the
County of Butte, in accordance i~~ith the provisions of Part 2, Divi-
sion 4.5 of the Streets and I;ight~rays Co of the Sta e of California.
