RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE FOR FFEARIIQG ON
PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY FOR THE~IA4PROVE-
MENTS AND ACQUISITIONS TO BE i~tADE IN TF€E MANGROVE
AVENUE ASSESSt~IENT DISTRICT, CO[INTY OF BUTTE,
ST:'1TE OF CALIFORNIA
F9HEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, has undertaken special assessment district pro-
ceedings for the improvements and acduisitions to be made in an
assessment district to be known and designated as the "Mangrove
Avenue Assessment District, County of Butte, State of California;"
NOIV, TFdfiR>~FORE, BE IT RP.SOI,VED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that Tuesday, the
.lath day of April, 1967, at the hour of 11:()0 o'clock A.b4, o£ said
day, is hereby fixed as the day and hour, and the meeting place of
the Board of Supervisors of said County of Butte, located in the
Courthouse, Butte County, Chico, California, as the place, when and
where any and all persons interested i~~ho have filed a written objec-
tion may appear and show cause why the Board of Supervisors should
not find and determine that the public convenience and necessity
require the said improvements and acquisitions to be made in the
Mangrove Avenue Assessment District, without compliance Faith the
Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act
of 1931.
The County Clerk of the County of Butte is hereby directed
to give notice of-the time and place of said hearing in the following
manner:
(1) By publishing a Notice of~Eiearing once, said publica-
Lion to be not less than ID days prior to the date of said hearing;
{2) By posting a copy of the Notice of Flearing at or near
the meeting place of the Board of Supervisors for five (5} days prior
to time of said hearing. ~~~

duly and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the .
County of Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof,
