Home My WebLink About67-053RESOLUTION NO , 67 ~~,j BOARI3 OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY SERVICE ARkA 1 2 1~HEREAS, pursuant to Title 3, Division 2, Part 2, Chapter 3 3 of the Government Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors of Autte County have instituted proceedings for the 5' establishment of a county service area within the County of Butte. 6 NOTE, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved: '~ 1. That a county service area is proposed to be established 8' under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the unincorporated 9 area of Butte County; the boundary lines of the territories 10~ proposed for inclusion in the are a are more particularly described l~' in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part her eof by reference 12' as though fully set forth verbatim and at length. 13 2. That the name proposed for said ca~.nty service area is I4 County Service Area No. 30. 15 3, That there are no extended county services provided in 16 this are a. 17' 4.
