RESOLUTION FTIdDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC
COidVENTENCE AND NECF,SSITY REQUIRE THE IP4PF~OVENIENTS

ASSESSMENT DTSTRICT, COUNTY OF BUTTE CALIFORNIA:
THAT THE .SPECIAL A:SSE:SSIvSENT INVESTIGl~TION, LIMITATION
AND MAJORITY PROTEST ACT 'SHALL NOT APPLY AND DETERMIN-
ING THAT SUCH PROJECT SHALL PROCEED UNDER THE TERPQS
AND PROVISIONS OF THE IP~4PROVF~NIENT ACT OF 1911 OF
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

WHI;P,EAS, a public hearing, for which reasonable notice has

been given by publication and posting, has been held as tp the pub-
8
tic convenience and necessity of the improvements and acquisitions
9
to be made in the I~iangrove Avenue Assessment District, County of
10'
Butte, ;State of California; and
11
WI3EREAS, this Board of Supervisors has heard and considered
12'
all the evidence, both ara 1 and written, relative to the public con-
13
venience and necessity of ~e improvements and the acquisitions to be
14:
made ;

NOb•J, THEREFORE, BCE IT RESOLVED that this Board of Supervisors
16
finds and determines that the public convenience and necessity
17
require the improvements and acquisitions in the iuiangrove Avenue
18
Assessment District, County of Butte, California, and further
19
determines that the "Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation
20
and I~Iajority Protest Act of 1931" shall not apply to these assess-
21
ment district proceedings; and
22
BB IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this project shall proceed in
23
..accordance with the terms and pr ovisions of the Improvement Act of
24
1911.
