HomeMy WebLinkAbout67-089RESOLITTION N0, 67-89 WHEREAS, the State of California, through the Department of Pub11c Works, Division of Highways, has presented to the County of Butte, a Cooperative Agreement for the construction of a temporary road connection to existing Route 99 at Estates Drive; and WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors finds that said Agreement is satisfactory, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte that said Agreement is hereby approved and the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed to sign same in behalf of the County of Butte.
