RESOLUTION N0. 67-+~t y 4
WHEREAS, the County of Butte and the State of California,
Transportation Agency, Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways, have heretofore entered into a Freeway Agreement dated
November 2, 19'05, relating to that portion of Route 99 between
0.~- mile south of the East Fork of Roberts Creels and (Old
Centerville Road; and
WHEREAS, the temporary road connection left of Engineer°s
Station 338-[-, as shown on the executed Agreement, is being shifted
approximately X00 feet northerly; :and
tATl~REAS, the Division of Highways has prepared the attached
exhibit map indicating the shift in the temporary road connection;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte will execute a Freeway Agreement revised to
conform to the attached map when ane is presented by the Division
of Highways .
Passed and adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 9th day of
May 1967, by the following vate:
