RESOLUTION N0. 67-~ ,
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION EXCHANGING REAL PROPERTY AND ACCEPTING GRANT
DEED AND AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, certain property described in Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and commonly referred to as Cohasset Road, has
been abandoned by Resolution No. 67-83; and
WHEREAS, other property adjacent thereto, fully described
in Exhibit "B", attached hereto, is not required for county use;
and
WHEREAS, the real property described in Exhibit "C",
attached hereto, is necessary for the public and the county use as
right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, the property to be exchanged is of equal value;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors, by Resolution No. 67-84,
passed and adopted, May 2, 1967, stated their intention to ex-
change the real properties described in the exhibits herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, as follows:
1. The board hereby exchanges the real property described
in Exhibits "A" and "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein as
if set forth in full, for that certain real property shown in Ex-
hibit "C", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if
set forth in full, which Exhibit "C" is a Grant Deed from James F.
Roth and Betty Jane Roth, his wife, said Exhibit "C" being, in fact
the Grant Deed which by this resolution the chairman is authorized.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 16th day of May, 1967,
