'RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS .AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of March, 1967, the Board of

for-the work and improvements in said Mangrove Avenue Assessment
District, tie and they are hereby adopted as the plans and
specifications for the doing. of said work and improvementsa
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 23rd day of May, 1967,
