RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY ORDERING THE }tiORK
AND CALLING FOR BIDS.
19HEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, did on the 23rd day of May, lgb7, adopt its
Resolution o~ Intention to order the work and improvements to be
done and made in the Afangrove Avenue Assessment District, County of
Butte, State of .California; and
it!HEREAS, the said Resolution of Intention fixes Tuesday,
the 20th day of June, 1967, as the time for hearing on the Resolution
of Intention;
NOiV, T}iER}aFORE, for the purpose of determining at the time
of hearing on the Resolution of Intention the total contract cost
of the work proposed to be done pursuant to said Resolution of Intention.,
IT TS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte preliminarily that the work and improvements described
in the Resolution of Intention for said ~}angrove Avenue Assessment
District, passed on the 23rd day of P4ay, 1967, be done and that
said Board of Supervisors hereby orders preliminarily that the
improvements as set forth in the Resolution of Intention be-done
and made; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that sealed proposals for the doing
of said work and making of said improvements shall be delivered
to the County Clerk of the County of Butte on or before 10:x}5 o'clock
A.hi. of the 13th day of June, 1967, at the office of said County
Clerk in the Butte County Courthouse, Oroville, California, and
the hour of 11:00 o'clock A.,-I. at said place and said day is hereby
fixed as the time and place of a public meeting at which said bids
will be publicly opened, examined and declared by the County Clerk
of the"County of Butte. Said bids, after being publicly
opened, examined and declared,-will be calculated by the

Engineer of Worl<, his report returned to the County Clerk, and the
report of the results of the bidding and. the calculations of the
Engineer of Work will be reported to the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right
to reject any .and all proposals or bids should it deem this neces-
sary for the public good, and-also the bid of any bidder who has
been delinquent or unfaithful in any former contract with the
County of Butte.
The County Clerk of the County of Butte is hereby ordered
to give notice inviting sealed bids in the time, form and manner
provided by lava. '

County of Butte, State of California, this 23rd day of May, 1967
by the following vote:
