RESOLUTION ADOPTING SCALE OF PP:EVAILING Z~AGE RATES
TJHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State.of California, on the 23rd day of May, 1967, adopted plans
and specifications for th.e improvements and acquisitions to be
made in the Mangrove Avenue Assessment Distzict, County of Butte,
State of California;
N0~1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of. the County of Butte that said Board of Supervisors has deter-
mined and established the general prevailing rate of per diem
wages for each type of craft or workman needed to execute or per-
form the necessary work or improvements in accordance with the
sche;iule appended hereto and described "Schedule of Per Diem jdage
Rates;" and
BE IT FURTHER PESOLVED that said "Schedule of Per Diem
6Jage Rates" be, and it is hereby, embodied in the Notice Inviting
Sealed Bids and all contract documents in connection s•7ith said
work and improvements hereinabove described. .

PASSED AND ADOPTED by tl--e Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 23rd day of May, 1967
by the fallowing vote:

The holidays upon which the holiday wade rate listed above shall be paid shall
be ~,ll holidays recognized in the col•leotive bargaining a€reement applicable to
the particular craft, classification ox type of workman employed on the project.
Health and welfare, pension and vacation benefits shall be payable
in addition to the above amounts.
