WHEREAS, the State of California, through the Department
of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented to the
County of Butte a Freeway Agreement covering State Highway
Route 149 in the County of Butte between the Junction Route 70 at
Wicks Corner to Junction Route 9g; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors finds that said Agree-
ment is satisfactory.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte that said Agreement is hereby approved and
the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors is directed to sign in
behalf of the County of Butte.
Passed and adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 6th day of
June , 1967, by the following vote, to-wit:
AYES : Supervisors Dunaway, ~Jaxon, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman I~owsden
NOES: Supervisors None
ABSENT: Supervisors None
