LdHEREAS, the Board of Sup ervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, did, on the 23rd day of May, 1957, adopt its P,ESOlutian
of Intention No. 67-102 to arder all of the therein described c~iork to
be done and acquisitions to be made in the Mangrove Avenue Assessment
District, County of Butte, State of. California; and
TrTHEREAS, bids have been received for the work and improvements
to be done under said Resolution of Intention;
N0~~1, TI3EREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that P.esolu tion of In-
tention No. 67-102, passed by the Board of Supervisors of Butte
County on May 23, 1967, be, and the same is hereby confirmed, and
the work described in said Resolution of Intention is hereby ordered
to be done and made.
