HomeMy WebLinkAbout67-114RESOL1rTIO~1 No. C7 ~/ ~ RESOLUTTON AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION N0. 57-102, PPeNGROVE AVENUE ASSESSP4E1vTT DIS,_RTCT BUTTE COUNTY CALIFORNIA T,IHEP.EAS, Resolution of Intention-No. 67-102, passed by the Board of Supervisors of Butte County, California on the 23rd day of May, 1967, in the Mangrove Avenue Assessment District, Butte County, California, with relation to the bond clause, sets forth the f o1lo~aing "NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that serial bonds snail be issued in the manner and form provided in Part 5, Division 7, of 'the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California (Improvement Aet of 1911) to represent unpaid assessments of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) or over, which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of not to exceed six per cent (6%) pe-r annum, the last installment of which bonds shall mature fourteen (l4) years from the 2nd day of January next succeeding the nest September 1st following their date. Said bonds shall be payable to bearer, and may be redeemed as provided in the Improvement Act of 1911, and there shall be added to the redemption clause in said bonds the following words: ' ..together with a premium of five per cent (5%) of the unmatured principal.' " NOd, THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, California, that said bond clause is hereby amended to read as follows: "NOTICE IS HEREBY GTti~N that serial bonds shall be issued in the manner and form provided. in Part 5, Division 7, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California (Improvement Aet of 1911) to represent unpaid assessments of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) or over, which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum, the Last-installment of which bonds shall mature fourteen (14) years from the 2nd day of January next succeeding the next September Ist following their date. Said bonds shall be payable to bearer, and may be redeemed as provided in the Improvement Act of 1911, and there shall be added to the redemption clause in said bonds the following words: ' ..together with a premium of five per cent (5%) of the unmatured principal.'
