RESOLUTION TO INCUR BONDED
INDEBTEDNESS FOR BUTTE COUNTY
SERVICE AREA #26
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Butte County
has examined the financial condition of Butte County Service
Area No. 26,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that it is necessary
for said Butte County Service Area No. 26 to incur an indebtedness.
That the purpose for which the proposed debt is to be
incurred is to provide within the service area sewage service
!requiring the construction and installation of facilities for
Ithe collection, treatment and disposal of sewage, comprising
main trunk lines, pipes, pumps, machinery, lands, easements,
rights of way, and other works, property, structures, useful or
necessary for the collection, treatment or disposal of sewage
of said County Service Area No. 26 and its inhabitants.
That except where funds are otherwise available from
'service charges collected pursuant to Section 25210.77(a), a
tax sufficient to pay for all such services which are furnished
on an extended basis will be levied upon all taxable property
within such area.
That the amount of the proposed debt is Nine Hundred
'Thousand Dollars ($900,000.00).
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that on July 18, 1967, at 11:00
a.m. of said day, in the Butte County Board of Supervisors' Room
at the Butte County Courthouse, Oroville, California, the Board of
Supervisors of Butte County will hold a hearing on the following
'questions:

Service Area No. 26 be benefited by the accomplishment of the purpose?
2. rf only a portion of the area will be benefited, what
portion will be so benefited?
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 1967, by the
fallowing vote:
