In the Matter of the Sale of Tax Deeded
Property by the County Tax Collector
Pursetant to a notice of intention to sell at public auction certain tax deeded prop-
erties and regetest for approval thereof filed with this Board of Supervisors by the Tax
Collector of Butte Coztnty, _~,7u~y__~ .............. 19..62.., it is resolved that approval be and
it is hereby gra~tted for said sale as set forth in the said notice and the said Tax Col-
lector tis hereby directed to sell the property as propided by law for a seem not less thaws
the minimum price set forth in this resolution.

to the State of Califor~aia for delinque7at taxes and are sitatated in the County of Butte,

Notice is given that it is my intention to sell at public auction the herein
described parcel of property, which has been deeded to the State for nonpayment
