BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
RESOLUTION DECLARING YIELD RIGHT OF WAY INTERSECTIONS AT HILLDALE
AVENUE AND ARBOL AVENUE AND AT PALERMO-HONCUT HIGHWAX AND UPPER
PALERMO ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OE' SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE
STATE OF GALIFORNILi, that the hereinafter-described County roach be declared
yield right of way intersections, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
instructed to have 1ega1 "YIELD" signs erected at the necessary entrances
thereto:
1. EASTBOUND traffic on HILLDALE AVENUE sha11 yield
right of way to NORTHBOUND AND SOUTHBOUND traffic
on ARBOL AVENUE,
2. EASTBOUND traffic on PALERMO-HONCUT HIGHWAY shall
yield right of way to NORTHBOUND AND SOUTHBOUND
traffic on UPPER PALERMO ROAD.
PASSED AND ADOETED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, this 18th day of Ju1Y , 1967,
