reimbursement, and9 further9 an amendment inereesing the maximum payable to

fore, or hereafter, made to County's Contract No. 27561.-65~3_~rith Piombo Con
atruction Company and Piombo Corporation9 J/V; and which change orders are not
included in this amendment, or other amendments, by reason of Depsxtment of
Water Resources' denies of County's ~°equest for reS.mbursement, and County
speeificelly reserves any and all ~°ights9 that County may have against Depax°t~
meet of 4later Resources and State of Cs7.ifo~°xaia9 fox reisubursement on such
change orders that have not been included as amendutant to DWR Agreement ~To,
