1. That Amendment No, 26 ~ to DWR Agreement I~'.o, 353760 is hereby
approved and the Chttirn~n of this Board is authorised to execute and sign said
amendment on behalf of the Gounty of Suttee
2„ That County, by its approval of this Amendment Noa 26_-__ _
to DWR Agreement Noo 353760, does nat concede that County is not entit?ed to
reimbursement, ard, further, an amendment increasing the mAximum peyable to
County under said Di~'t. Agreement No, 35376C, by reason of change orders hereto-
fore, or hereafter, made to County's Contract No. 27563.-65-1 with siomlao Con-
struction Company and Piomba Corporation, ~;~Va and which change orders ars not
included in this amendment, or other amendzaents, by reason of Department of
Water resources' denial of. County's request for reimbursement, and County
spec:;.fica3a.y reserves any and all rights, that County zaay have against Depaa°t~-
went of 47ater Resaus°ces and State of Cslifornia9 for reimbursement on such
change orders that have nat been inoluded as amendment to DWR Agreement Noo
353'/60e
