}.. That Amendment No. 2S to DWR Agreement No. 353760 is hereby
approved and the Chaixman of this Board is authorised to execute and sign said
amendment on behalf of the County of Butted
20 That County, by its appa~oval of this Amendment No. 2g
to DWR Agreement A1o, 353%bO, does not oancede that County is not entitled to
reimbursement, and, further, an amendment increasing the max3.mum payable to
County under said D?~ Agreement Noa 3537b0, by reason of change orders hereto-
fore, nr hereafter, made to County's Contract No. 275b1-~65-J. with Piombo Con-
struction Company and Piomiao Corporation, JEST; and which change orders are not
included in this amendment, or other amendments, by reason of D®partment of
Water Resources' donial of County's request fos reimbursement, and County
specifically reserves any and a~.l rights, that County may have against Depart-
ment of Water Resources and State of California, for reimbursement on such
change orders that have not been included as amendment to DWR Agreement No.
3537600
3. Thet the Clerk of this Board sha]1 certify and attach a copy of
this resolution to the original and all copies of Amendment No, 28
to DWR Agreement No, 3537bQo
