STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. That Amendment Noa 2, to D47R Rgreement No. 35376fl is hereby
approved and the Chairman of this Board is authnrixed to execute and sign said
amendment an beha}.f of the County of Buttes
2. That County, by its approval of this Amendment No, 27
to DWR Agreement No. 353760, does not concede that County is not entitled to
reimbursement, and, further, an amendment increasing the maximum payable to
County under said D[JR Agreement Noa 353760, by reason of change orders hereto-
fore, or hereafter, wade to County's Contract No, 2'75b1-65-1 with Piombo Con-
struction Company and Pa.ombo Corporation, J/V; and which change orders are not
included in this amendment, or other amendments9 by reason of Department of
Water Resources' denial of County's request for reimbursement, and County
specifically reserves any and all rights, that County may have against Depart-
went of Water Resources and State of California, for re3mbursea~ent on such
change orders that have not been included as amendment to DWR Agreement No.
3537bO.
3e That the Clerk of this Board shall. certify and attach a copy of
this resolution to the original and all copies of Amendment No. ~7
to DWR Agreement Noe 3537600
