RESOLUTION APPROVING DWR AGREEMENT
,¢ NO. 356602, RECONSTRUCTION OF
GRAND AVENUE AND TRES VIAS ROAD

6 WHEREAS, the above entitled and above numbered
7 agreement has been presented to the Board of Supervisors of the
g County of Butte for approval and execution; and
;g WHEREAS, it is the desire of said Board, on behalf
lp of the County of Butte, to execute said agreement;
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
1$ Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as
13 follows:
14 1. That the Chairman of this Board is hereby
15 authorized to execute, on behalf of the County of Butte, DWR
lg Agreement No. 356502 for the reconstruction of Grand Avenue
17 and Tres Vias Road.
18 2. That the Clerk of this Board certify a copy of
19 this Resolution and attach the same to the original and all
20 required copies of said agreement.
21 FASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
22 County of Butte, State of California, at the regular meeting
23 thereof on the 1st day of August 1967, by the following
24 vote:
'25 AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Maxon, Pryde and Chairman Howsden
2B NOES: None
;27 ABSENT: Supervisor McKillop
