BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ESTABLISH COUNTY SERVICE
AREA
WHEREAS, pursuant to Title 3, Division 2, Part 2, Chapter
3 of the Government Cade of the State of California, the Board of
Supervisors of Butte County have instituted proceedings for the
establishment of a county service area within the County of Butte,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
to That a county service area is proposed to be establi-
shed under the terms of the aforesaid chapter in the unincorporatec
area of Butte County; the boundary lines of the territories prop-
osed for inclusion in the area are more particularly described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference
as though fully set forth verbatim and at length.
2. That the name proposed for said county service area
is County Service Area No. 32.
3. That there are no extended county services provided
in this area.
4> That the types of extended county services proposed
to be provided in this area is construction and maintenance of
drainage facilities for the land included within these boundaries.
5, That a tax sufficient to pay for such services which
are furnished on ail extended basis will be annually levied upon
all taxable property within such area.
6. That on ~erTew~w~,. ~~ 19b7, at 11::00 a.m.,
a public hearing will be held on the establishment of said area.

being and consisting of a strip of land 100
feet wide extending along said railroad and
on both sides thereof, where said railroad
traverses said district, as the said strip of
land is described in the conveyances of the
same fi'_ed as of record in the office of the
County Recorder of Butte County, and the *aetition
filed herein praying far the exclusion of said
lands, hereby referred to for a particular
description thereof.
