'~i 11 ~' 12' 13 14 18 is 17 18 19 20 211 22 23 24 25 2s 27 28 291 30 31 32 COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION FIXING TAX RATES IN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE (Government Code Sections 29100 to 29109 Inclusive) WHEREAS, the BOARD flF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, did at a regular meeting of said Board, and after due and proper notice as required by law, by resolution adopt a final budget for the COUNTY OF BUTTE #or the fiscal year 1967-1968, which said Resolution is on file in the Office of the Clerk of Said County; and ~MrIEREAS, i,t is encumbent upon, said Board,, in.accordance with Article 5, Division 3, Title 3 (being Sections 29100 to 29109 inclusive, 4f the Government Code} to by resolution fix the tax rate of said County for the fiscal year 1967-1968; .. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY IHE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF GALIFORNIA, as follows: 1. That said Board does hereby #ix the rates of county and district taxes on the secured rall of said Coun•.y for the fiscal year 1967-1968 by designating the number of cents levied for each fund on each Otte Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of taxable value in the County of Butte for the fiscal year 1967-1968 as is hereinafter set forth. The designated rates as hereinafter set forth are such as vuill produce, after due allowance for delinquency as fixed by law or as hereinafter fixed by this Board and in the same manner as tax rates are fixed, the amount found by deducting from the total appropriatio! and reserves: (a} The amount of estimated revenue from other sources. (b} Available surplus. 2. In addition to any other allowance for delinquent-/ as fixed by law or this Board, a sum equal to five per cent (5%) of the assessed valuation of the local secured roll and the local unsecured roll is hereby determined as the allowance for delinquency. Said allowance for delinquency shall not apply to the utilities roll. 3.
