STATE OF CALIF0RN3:A, as follows;
to That .Amendment No. 32 to D4lic Agreement No, 353760 is
hereby approved and the Chairman of this Board is authorized to execute and sign
said amendment on beh.~l.f of the County of •Butte,
2, That County, by its approval of this Amendment No, 32 _
to DE1R Agreement No. 353750, does not concede that County is not entitled to
reimbursement, and, forth,>r, an amendment increasing the maximum payable to
County under said DIi~R Agreement No. 353'760, by reason o~ change orders hereto-
fore, or hereafter, made to County's Contract No. 275b1-65-1 with Piombo Con-
struction Company and Piombo Corporation, J/U; and which change orders are not
included in this amendment, or other amendments, by reason of Department of
iJater 8esources' denim. of County's request far reimbursement, and County
specifically reserves any and e1:E. rights, that County may have against Depart-
ment of l~Fater Resources and State of Ga].ifornia, for reimbursement on such

3. That the Clerk of this Board shall certify and attach a copy of
this resolution to the original and all copies of Amendment Noe
