COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AND NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ABANDON COUNTY HIGH-
WAY AND NOTICE OF TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING (Sections 956.8
and 958, Streets and Highways Code)

2 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
3 BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
4 1. That it is the intention of the Board of Supervisors to
$ abandon the county highway hereinafter described, pursuant to
6 Section 956.8 of the Streets and Highways Code of this state.
7 2. That the hearing on this Resolution To Abandon County
8 Highway shall be held on Tuesday, the 31st day of October, 1967, at
9 11:00 a.m. of said day in the Supervisors' Room in the Butte
10 County Courthouse, fronting on Huntoon Street in Oroville, Cali f
Il ornia, at which time said board will hear evidence of any part
12 interested.
13 3. That this resolution and notice is adopted pursuant to
14 a motion of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
15 of California.
16 4. That a copy of this resolution of intention shall be
17 published in the Oroville Mercury, a newspaper of general circu-
18 lation in the County of Butte, and copies conspicuously posted,
19 all as required by Section 95$ of said Streets and Highways Code.
20 5. That the county highway, the subject of this resolution
21 and notice, is situate in the County of Butte, State of California,
22 and described as follows:
23 The alley between Olive and Almond Streets, Paradise,
with. the exception that the County retains an easement
24 for drainage and utility purposes over the northerly
15' of said alley.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County

of Butte, State of California, this 26th day of September, 1967, by
27
the following vote:
