BOARD OP SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING OROVILLE CONSTABLE CLEARING
FUND NO. 158
WHEREAS, the late Manny Toland, Constable of the Oroville
Judicial District, recently passed away; and
WHEREAS there are funds in his account as constable which
need be distributed according to law; and
WHEREAS, this board finds a need for setting up a clearing
fund in order to clear the account for the Constable of the
Oroville Judicial District,
NOW, THER~'ORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors that Clearing Fund Noo 158, to be known as the
"0rovi1le Constable Clearing Fund" is hereby established for the
purpose of clearing the account of the Oroville Constable, and
said clearing fund is established pursuant to the authority of
Government Code Section 29881, et seq.
PASSED .AND .ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1967, by the
following vote:
.AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Maxon, McKillop and Chairman Howsden
NOES : None
,ABSENT: Supervisor Pryde
