4 WHEREAS, Concow Road has been relocated, and a portion of the old
6 Concow Road is no longer necessary or required for road purposes; and
6 WHEREAS, pursuant to the Streets and Highways Code, Section 960.1
7 the Board finds that a portion of Concow Road should be summarily vacated,
$ NOW, THEREFORE' BE ZT RES01<VE- by the Board of Supervisors of the
9 County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
10 1. The following described portion of the old Concow Road is
lI hereby summarily vacated and abandoned pursuant to Streets and Highways Code
12 .Section 960.1:
13 A11 that certain real property situate in the County of Butte,
State of California, described as follows:

Being a portion of the old Concow Road, as said road existed
15 on April 1, 1967, Lying in the northeast quarter of Section 16,
T22N, R4E, NIDBSd?1, more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the northeast corner of said Section 16; thence
17 S l°03'58"E, along the east Line of said Section 16, a dis-
tance of 1722.10 feet; thence S 7114'39"W, 89,09 feet; thence
18 S 57°25'47"W, 65 feet more or less to the centerline of the
said old Concow Road and the true point of beginning of the
19 strip of land of variable width described as 40 feet in width
in the Butte County Board of Supervisors Viewers Report, filed
20 October 7, 1904, in the office of the County Clerk) to be quit-
claimed by this instrument; thence from said true point of be-
21 ginning running westerly and southerly along the centerline
of the said old existing Concow Road to the south line of said
22 northeast quarter of said Section l6. Excepting therefrom any
portion of the above-described right of way that lies within
23 the right of way of the new Concow Road as constructed in 1967,
as shown on the right of way map of Concow Road, which map is
24 on file in the County of Butte Department of Public Works, file
number E-725.

Reserving, therefrom, a public utility and wire clearance ease-
26 meat over, under, across and through the above--described property,
