RESOLUTION ATTESTING COUNTY HAS MASTER PLAN
OF ROADS AND WILL USE AS SELECT SYSTEM

WHEREAS, Assembly Bill 2,54, which materially affects administration
of 1.04 cent gas tax program for improvement of county roads was passed at the
1967 Regular Session of the State Legislature; and
WHEREAS, Section 1$6.4 of this new statute pertains to the
establishment and /or modification of the Select System of county roads;
NOW, THEREE'ORE BE IT RESOLVID that the County of Butte has a Master
Flan of county roads adopted by the Board of Supervisors on June 2$, 1966, and
will use such plan as its Select System, until modified, as is required by
Section 1$6.4 of AB 2454.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board o£ Supervisors of the County o£ Butte,
State of California, at the regular meeting thereof on the 31st day o£ October,
1967, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Maxon, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Howsden
NOES: None
ABSENT: None COUNTY OF BUTTE /~
NOT VOTING: None L~J
