X RESOLUTION NO . 67 - 164
2 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
~ COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
4 RESOLUTION IN RE CLAIM FOR COMPENSATION AS PROVIDED
BY STATUTE AGAINST THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

6 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE
7 COUNTX OF BUTTEr STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
g 1. That said board hereby adopts and approves the
'9 claim for compensation as provided by statute against the State
10 of California in the sum of $211,854.65, plus further amounts
11 that may accrue, dated this 7th day of November
12 1967, and said board hereby authorizes the Chairman thereof,to
13 execute said claim on behalf of said board and on behalf of
14 the County of Butte, and to cause the same to be filed with the
15 Board of Control of the State of California.
lg 2. That the County Counsel and Special Counsel of
17 the County of Butte are hereby authorized to do any and all
18 things necessary and required to perfect said claim, including
19 the filing of suit thereon.
20 3. That the Clerk of this board attach a certified
21 copy of this resolution to said claim and each copy thereof.
22 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
2S County of Butte, this 7~.h day of November 1867,
