reimbursement, and, furth,~x, an amendment increasing the maximum payable to

fore, or hereafter, made to County's Contrast No, 2°7561--65-1 with Piombo Con-
struction Company and Piombo Corporation, J/V; and which change orders axe not
included in this amendment, or other amendments, by reason of Department of
[Dater Resources' denial of County's request for reimbursement,/snci County
specifically reserves any and a1">. rights, that County may have/against Depa_~°t~
ment of Water Resources and State of California, for reimbursement nn such
