RESOLUTION IN RE l4PPROVAT, AMENDMENT
N0. TO DW AGREEM~ N0. 7b0
BE IT RFSOLVID BY THE BOARD 0~' SUPII4V250FtS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CAL~'ORNTA, as fo.Ll.ows;
1. That .Amendment No.~ to DWse Agreement No. 353760 is
hereby approved and the Ghairman of this Board is authorized to execute and sign
said amendment on behnlf of the County of Butte,.
2. That County, by its approval of this Amendment N~. = e 33
to DWR Agreement No, 353760, does not concede that County is not entitled to
reimbursement, and, further, an amendment increasing the maximum payable to
County under said DWR Agreement No. 353760, by reason o~ change orders hereto-.
fore, or hereafter, made to County's Contract No, 2%5b1.-65_1 with piombo Con-
struction Company and Piombo t,arporation, J/V; and which change orders are sot
included in this amendment, or other amendments, by reason of Department of
Water Resources' denial of County's request for reimbursement, and County
specifically reserves any and al.'I. rights, that County may have against Departd.
went of Water Resources and State of California, for reimbursement on such
change orders that have not been included as amendment to DWR Agreement No,
353760,
