BOARD CF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IN FULL APPORTIONMENT TO COUNTY OF BUTTE OF
FEDERAL-AID SECONDARY AND STATE HIGHWAY MATCHING FUNDS

~ WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works of the State of California
4 has notified the County of Butte that under the California Secondary Highway
S Act of 1951, as amended, the following funds for the fiscal year ending
8 June 30, 1969, are apportioned to Butte County:
7 Federal-Aid Secondary Funds - $148,247
State Highway Matching Funds - $100,000
$ and
9 WHEREAS, the County of Butte desires to accept and match said funds;
10 NOWT THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the

COUNTY OF BUTTE, States of California, as follows:

i. That County wishes to claim and .utilize the entire amount of
'13 Federal-Aid Secondary Funds apportioned to County, to wit, the sum of $148,247
14 and the entire amount of State Highway Matching Funds apportioned to said
15 County, to wit, the sum of $100,000;
16 2. That County hereby agrees to provide matching funds therefor as
17 may be necessary and required to complete the financing of County~s F.A,S,
18
projects;
19 3. That this resolution is made in compliance with Section 2211 of
20 the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and the Clerk of
21
this Board is authorized to forward two certified copies hereof to. the District
22 Engineer of the Department of Public Works of the State of California.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the county of
24
Butte, State of California, at the regular meeting thereof on the 14th
23
day of November, 1967 by the following vote:

AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Maxon, McKilbp, Pryde and Chairman Howsden

NOES: None
