BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
RESOLUTION DECLARING YIELD RIGHT OF WAY INTERSECTION AT WYANDOTTE
AVENUE AND CENTRAL DRIVE
BE TT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, that the hereinafter-described Gounty roads be
declared a yield right of way intersection, and the Director of Public Works
is hereby instructed to have legal "YIELD" sign erected at the necessary
entrance thereto;
EASTBOUND traffic on WYANDOTTE AVENUE shall yield right of way to
NORTHBOUND AND' SOUTHBOUND traffic on CENTRAL DRIVE and SOUTHBOUND
traffic on CENTRAL DRIVE turning right on WYANDOTTE AVENUE shall
yield right of way to WESTBOUND traffic on WYANDOTTE AVENUE.
PASSID AND ADOPTID by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 28th day of November , 1867, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Maxon, McRillop, Pryde and Chairman Howsden
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
~ NOT DOTING: None
