RESOLUTION N0. 67-174
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION IN RE PARKING ON CERTAIN COUNTY HIGHWAY
IN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
(Vehicle Code Section 22507)
BE IT RESOLVID by the BOARD OF SirPERVISORS of the COUIV`1'Y OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. That the parking or standing of vehicles on the hereinafter-
described portion of Midway is prohibited, and the portion of said road on
which the parking and standing of vehicles is prohibited is described as
follows, to wit:
(a) Along the easterly side of MIDWAY from the center-
line of Durham Highway to a point 14.0 feet soothe
2. That NO PARKING signs be placed at the appropriate locations
on said road.
3. This Resolution is adopted in accordance with Section 22507 of
the Vehicle Code, and violation of said Resolution constitutes a misdemeanor
in accordance with Section 4.0000 of said Vehicle Code.
PASSID AND ADOPTID by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State o£ California at the regular meeting thereof on the 5th day
of December , 1867, by t$e following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Maxon, McKillop and Chairman Howsden
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Pryde
NOT VOTING: None
