struetian Company and Piombo Corporation, ,T/V; and ~rhich change orders are not
included in this amendment, or other amendments, by reason of Department of
TrJater Resources' denial. of County's request For reimbursement, and County
specifically reserves any and all rights, that County may have against Depart~•
meat of ?•later Resources and State of Californian for reiffibursement on such
change orders that have not been included as amendment to DE,rR. Agreement No,
