BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
1 COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
2 RESOLUTION REPLENISHING CASH DTFFERENCE FUND
3 WHEREAS, on the 18th day of December, 1962, a Cash Differ-
4 ence Fund was established by Resolution No. 62-105, pursuant to
5 Government Code Section 29370; and
g WHEREAS, the treasurer has, pursuant to Government Code
q Section 29377, applied for replenishment of said fund; and
g WHEREAS, said treasurer has itemized each cash deficit in
g his application for replenishment,
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
11 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF C ALTFORNTA, that the County
12 Auditor shall draw his special warrant in the sum of $200.00 on
13 the General Fund of the County of Butte to replenish the Cash
14 Difference Fund, payable to the County Treasurer and Tax Collector.
15 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
16 of Butte, State of California, this 12th day of December, 1967,
17 by the following vote:
18 AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Maxon, McKillop and Chairman Howsden
