BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 67L~
AN ORDINANCE IN RE LAW LIBRARY, COUNTY OF BUTTE
The BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, do ordain as follows:
SECTION l: That Chapter 5, Division 3, being Sections 6300
to 6365 of the Business and Professions Code of the State of
California, shall apply to the County of Butte.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and prior to the expiration
of fifteen (15) days from the passage hereof, shall be published
ixa a newspaper printed and published in the County of Butte, State
of California, together with the names of the members of the Board
of supervisors voting for and against the same.
The foregoing Ordinance was duly adopted and passed by the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Californiat,
at a regular meeting thereof, held on the ~~+,n day of ~,
1960, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Giles, Hudgins, ?~'~eKernan and Chairman Pryde
NOES : None
ABSENT : None
