IT IS HEREBY RESOLUID by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, that Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized
and directed to execute Right-of-Way Certification No. 3, dated January 16,
1.965, ,i.n the name of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California at the regu7.ar meeting thereof on the 16th
day of January , 1965, by the fo]lowing vote:

The County of Butte hereby certifies in connection with the right
of way for ~`AS Project 1046(2) Oroville-Quincy Hwy:
All required right of way for construction of this projec~ has now
been covered by resolution of Board of Supervisors authorizing condemnation,

V. STATUS OF UTILITY RELOCATION
Pacific Gas and Electric Company and Pacific Telephone Company have
above-ground facilities within the limits of this project; however,
all utilities will be moved prior to commencement of construction.
VI. SCHEDULE FOR REMOVAL OF OBSTRUCTIONS
No buildings with salvage or marketable value exist within the
right of way.
VII. COMPLIANCE WITH PPM 80-y - RELOCATION ADVISORY ASSISTANCE - PUBLIC
NOTICE
No families are to be displaced; therefore paragraphs 3h(1), 3h(2)
and 3h(3) as contained in Section 7.211 of the above are not
applicable.
In making this certification, the County of Butte agrees to hold the
State of California harmless from any liability which may be estab,}ished by and
in the event the right of way is not clear as herein certified.
