STATUS OF RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION A. Total number of parcels required 11 Co Parcels covered by Right-of-Way Gontract 9 E. Parcels covered only by Condemnation Resolution 2 IIo STATUS OF AFFECTID RAILROAD FACILITIES None IIIo DFSIGNATID MATERIAL S1~ES None IV. DESTGNATID DISPOSAL AREAS None V. STATUS OF UTILITY RELOCATION Pacific Gas and Electric Company and Pacific Telephone Company have above-ground facilities within the limits of this project; however, all utilities will be moved prior to commencement of construction. VI. SCHEDULE FOR REMOVAL OF OBSTRUCTIONS No buildings with salvage or marketable value exist within the right of way. VII. COMPLIANCE WITH PPM 80-y - RELOCATION ADVISORY ASSISTANCE - PUBLIC NOTICE No families are to be displaced; therefore paragraphs 3h(1), 3h(2) and 3h(3) as contained in Section 7.211 of the above are not applicable. In making this certification, the County of Butte agrees to hold the State of California harmless from any liability which may be estab,}ished by and in the event the right of way is not clear as herein certified.
