RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ExECUTION OF
COUNTY-STATE AGREEMENT #25
FAS PROJECT 1046(2)
BE IT RF~OLUED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, as follows:
1. That said county enter into County-State Agreement No, 25,
Federal-Aid Secondary Road, District III, Butte County, Federal Project 1046(2)
OROVILLE-QUINCY HIGHGrAY between 1,7 and 2.g miles north of Canyon Creek
Bridge, about 15 miles northeast of Oroville and the Chairman of this Board
be authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of said County;
2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy
of this resolution to said agreement,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the BOARD OF STJPni,VISOR5 of the County of
Butte, State of Galifornia, this 16th day of 3anuary ~
1968, by the following vote:
AYFS: Supervisors Dunaway, Howsden, McKiilop, Pryde and Chairman Maxon
