WHEREAS, Dr. Irene Ao Heindl has been serving as both
Director of Mental Health and as Director of the Health Department;
and
WHEREAS, this board wishes to relieve Dr. Irene A. Heindl
of her additional duties as Director of Mental Health,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors that Dr. Gerald Maguire is hereby appointed as Direct-
or of Mental Health, but with no addition to his present salary.
PASSED AND ADOPT ED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 16th day of January, 1968, by the following vote:
AYES supervisors Dunaway, Howsden, McKillop, Pryde & Chairman Maxon
