HomeMy WebLinkAbout68-017l 2 3 4 5. 6 7' 8'' 9i 10 11 12 13 l4 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 RESOLUTION N0. 68-~~ BOARD OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN TO SIGN QUIT CLAIM DEED WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has summarily abandoned that certain right of way as described in a Quit Claim Deed attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth in full, pursuant to the provisions of Section 960.1 of the Streets and Highways Code by Resolution No. 68-/(0 and WHEREAS, as a matter of law the land so summarily abandon ed in Resolution No. 68-~_ reverts to the fee owner pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 960.3; and WHEREAS, the various title companies request, in addition to the resolution of abandonment, a Quit Claim Deed to eliminate any question of construction of Deeds or resolutions, NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the Butte County Boar of Supervisors hereby authorizes its chairman to sign the Quit Claim Deed attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and that the.:.Quit C1ai: Deed be delivered to the title company or recipient in question for recordation. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of January, 1968, by the Butte County Board of Supervisors by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Howsden, McKillop, Pryde & Chairman Maxot NOES: None ABSENT: Nuae r DONALD L . Containing an area of 0.829 acre, more or less.
