BOARD OF SUPERVTSORB
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION INCREASING TRUSTEES OF WYANDOTTE
CEMETERY DISTRICT FROM THREE TO FIVE
WHEREAS, Section 8950 of the Health and Safety Code
provides that the Board of Supervisors may increase the number
of trustees of a cemetery district from three to five upon
petition; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has been petitioned
Ito increase said number of trustees from three to five,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE that the number of trustees for the
Wyandotte Cemetery District is hereby increased from three in
number to fives
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1968, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Runaway, Howsden, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Maxon
NOES; None
ABSENT: None
