RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS
MANGROVE AVENUE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT,
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF_CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors. of the
County of Butte, State of California, that any and all protests
against the assessment and/or against the work done under Reso-
lution of Intention No. 67-102, adopted on the 23rd day of May,
1967, as amended, be, and the same are hereby, overruled and
denied.

County of Butte, State of California,•this 13th day of February,
