RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT, MANGROVE AVENUE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the County Surveyor of the County of Butte,
State of California, did on the 11th day of 3anuary, 196$, file
with the County Clerk of the County of Butte an assessment to
represent the cost and expenses of the work and improvements done
and made by BALDWIN CONTRACTING COMI'ANX, INC., a corporation doing
business under the fictitious name and style of BUTTE CREEK ROCK
CO., pursuant to proceedings had and taken by the Board of Super-
visors of the County of Butte, under and pursuant to Resolution
of Intention No. 67-102, as amended, in Mangrove Avenue Assessment
District, County of Butte; and
W~IEREAS, the County Clerk of the County of Butte has duly
and regularly given notice by publication, posting and mailing in
the time and manner provided by law of the filing of said assessment
and of the time set for hearing thereon, which time was fixed in
said notice as the 6th day of February, 1968, at the meeting place of
the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, located in the
Courthouse, Oroville, California; and
WHEREAS, said Board of Supervisors has received evidence,
oral and documentary, concerning said assessment and the proper
completion of the work and improvement for which the same. is issued; and
WHEREAS, on the-6th day of February, 1968, said hearing
was held and consideration of all matters was continued to the
13th day of February, 1968;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that said Assessment
and the Diagram and Warrant attached thereto, the proceedings lead-
ing up to the same, and all acts and determinations of all officers
of the County of Butte in relation thereto be, and same are hereby,
ratified and confirmed, and the County Surveyor is hereby ordered
to deliver .said Assessment, Diagram and Warrant to BUTTE CREEK
ROCK CO., contractor, upon payment by them of the incidental expenses
provided for by law.
