HELD JUNE 4. 196$ EElections Code Sec. 23301. WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Biggs Unified School District of Butte County, California, has called and ordered to be held in said District on the 4th day of June, 1968, a special school district election pursuant to Education Code Section 15505, et seq, and has requested this Board to order consolidation of said special school district election pursuant to Education Code Section 15505 with the Statewide Primary Election to be held on June 4, 1968; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED AND RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as follows: 1. That the special school district election ordered pursuant to the provisions of Education Code Section 15505 for the Biggs Unified School District to be held in the Biggs Unified School District on June 4, 1968, at which election there shall be submitted to the qualified electors of said district the measures called for in that certain resolution of the Biggs Unified School District passed pursuant to the provisions of Education Code Section 15501, et seq, dated February 13, 1968, is to be consolidated with the Statewide election to be held on ._.. June 4, 1968. 2. That the returns of said special school election shall be canvassed by the County Clerk of the County of But to and certified to the Governing Board of the district.
