RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE EXTENSION
OF F.A.S. DESIGNATED ROUTE 5-1169

BE IT RE50LVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California; that
WHEREAS, under regulations issued by the Commissioner of Public Roads
under the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1944, the Department of Public Works,
Division of Highways, in cooperation with the County and the Bureau of Public
Roads, has been designated to select a Federal-aid Secondary System in this
County; and
WHEREAS, this Board desires to extend said Route 5-1169;
NOW~~ THEREFORE'='BE TT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, that this Board requests the revision of said
route from the following termini;
DESIGNATION LIMITS MILES
S. H. 162 S.H. 99 to Oroville Dam Boulevard 6.1.
Oroville Dam Blvd. S.H. 162 to Orange Avenue 2.8
Total 8.9
to the limits described as follows:
S. H. 162 S. H. 99 to Oroville Dam Boulevard 6.1
Oroville Dam Blvd. S. H. 162 to N 462 6.0
(intersection with non-county road)
Total 12.1
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, that the extension of FAS Route 5-1169 is included in the Select System
of county roads as pravided in Section 186.3 of the Streets & Highways Code.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board is hereby
authorized to execute said Resolution on behalf of the County of Butte and
cause executed copies to be delivered to the Department of Public Works,
Division of Highways.

State of California at the regular meeting thereof on the 27th day of
