BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION A.ND ORDER CHANGING THE NAME OF COUNTY
HIGHWAYS TN BUTTE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
heretofore passed a Resolution of Intention to Change the Name of
,Certain County Highways, situate in Butte County, California,
which said Resolution of Intention was dated the 30th day of
January, 1968; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention designated the 20th
dya of February, 1968, at 11:00 A.M. of said day, in the Supervisor;
Room in the Butte County Courthouse fronting on Huntoon Street
in the City of Oroville, State of California, as the time and
place of hearing thereof, and continued to Feburary 27, 1968, and
continued thereafter to March 5, 1968; and
WHEREAS, said hearing was properly noticed and held, and
upon said hearing the board considered the proposal to change the
names of certain County Highways; as stated in the Resolution of
Intention to change the name of certain County Highways, and
heard any and all objections thereto, and said board finds, that
said proposed changes of name of said County highways is in the
best interest of the county,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as
follows:
That the names of the following County Highways, situate in
Butte County, California, be changed as follows:
